Neuland, Whitney & Michael, APC has a legacy going back thirty-five years.  Our attorneys successfully represent community associations in complex transactions and litigation. Our work is credited with helping to maintain the high legal principles and practices established by the best practitioners in the area of community association law. Many of the standards, policies, procedures and practices of successful community management were developed by our partners Frederick Whitney and Nancy Michael.  We have helped shape the law relating to community associations by successfully representing clients in both published and unpublished appellate court opinions, serving on the Community Association Institute California Legislative Action Committee, and by providing expert testimony in court and legislative proceedings.

We take pride in partnering with our clients to find effective solutions to diverse challenges. Our attorneys and staff use their considerable experience to solve problems and implement new methods to successfully and economically meet their clients’ needs.  Neuland, Whitney & Michael, APC is committed to developing lasting relationships with our clients. We continue to demonstrate our commitment to the industry’s highest professional, ethical and quality standards.
